It’s designed to give you confidence that ANNA KALISIAK GALLERY (collectively referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) stands behind the products on our website and to make returns easy if you’re not fully satisfied with an item. You should review these terms carefully before making any purchase.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased on wadeinunknown.com, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. For damaged or defective items, please see the next section of this policy. To start a return, you can contact us at anna@wadeinunknown.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (even if you use a return shipping label provided by ANNA KALISIAK GALLERY or third-party delivery services).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case that there is any damage to the piece upon receiving it, ANNA KALISIAK GALLERY must be notified by email and pictures of the damage must be attached. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. ANNA KALISIAK GALLERY cannot take responsibility for damage noted after this period.
Please note that minor colour variations can occur as colours can be different from screen to screen. Minor colour variations do not constitute a product fault, for this reason.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
